CLC Members,  Pardon the interruption.  I have a referral from a first party property carrier looking to file a subrogation action arising from the construction of 10,000 square foot single family home in Destin, Florida.  The loss paid to date is $460,000.  They would be looking for a firm to handle the matter on a contingency fee.  If interested, please let me know.
