Afternoon all. Quick question. Any reason to think that a sanitation/lift station pump out company that vacuums out and physically removes waste (human, gray water, …) from a nonfunctioning lift station on a project under construction
DOES NOT have lien or bond rights? Until the lift station was functional, they could not get a CO. I see it just like a construction dumpster/waste hauling company. Thoughts?
