The lis pendens bills appear to be passing.

After lunch today on the Senate floor SB 904 was withdrawn from the Rules Committee (its last committee reference). HB 599 that has been sitting in the Senate since February 8 will apparently be passed by the Senate shortly.


The bill has retroactivity to codify the Supreme Court Ober decision.


Hopefully this is helpful for all concerned. Next year the CLC can attempt to make changes as necessary.
