[CLC-Discussion] mediator in Punta Gorda

Need suggestions for a mediator in Punta Gorda area.  Dispute is approx. $85k involving improvements to a leasehold interest on municipal dirt.  No lien involved.  Mediation would likely occur in January and must occur no later than Jan 31.
