[CLC-Discussion] Concrete foundation expert

I have a client who bought last year a beach-side home in Brevard County.  Has severe foundation issues; apparently dirty fill was used which has resulted in severe settling issues.


Any suggestions on a concrete expert who can both diagnose the problem, design a proper fix and testify as well.
