I would appreciate referrals on an expert to assess cause (long and
short-term) of damaged/deteriorated reinforced concrete structure and
components alleged be solely from long term exposure chlorinated water. a
commercial above-ground cast-in-place pool is involved as well as a
multi-tiered precast concrete parking garage structure.. Miami-Dade/Broward
area..thanks
