[CLC-Discussion] Uniform Bill on Closure of old open permits

I do a lot (and I mean a lot) of work dealing with closing out permits.  After the building officials and engineering groups toss in their comments I would like to partake in the discussion if possible.

The latest version of the bill is attached.  The Construction Law Committee Legislative Subcommittee will be reviewing it.  It is not planned to be introduced in Tallahassee as a bill until 2018  The building officials and engineering groups are also providing input.

A few months back, someone from the committee circulated a pending Florida House Bill addressing uniform procedure to close out old open construction permits on completed project and real property… could someone direct me to that pending bill or what is its current  status?
