[CLC-Discussion] Uniform Bill on Closure of old open permits

A few months back, someone from the committee circulated a pending Florida
House Bill addressing uniform procedure to close out old open construction
permits on completed project and real property. could someone direct me to
that pending bill or what is its current  status?
