Fred Dudley as the ethically challenged general contractor who the Sandusky Twins have contracted with for the project and who is notorious for not vigorously supporting pass-through claims.

Bryan Judah as Fred's illegitimate son, Boo, and general ne'er-do-well.

Lee Weintraub as the owner / developer of the project who walks with a Keyser Soze limp and has never agreed to nor paid for an additive change order in his life.  The vanity license plate on his 1982 Cadillac Eldorado convertible reads "NO CO".
