Subject: [CLC-Discussion] Liability of a municipality

I have a client that installed fencing and fence gates (numerous) swinging-in per the permit.  At inspection, municipality said that the gates had to swing outward and now my client is required to reinstall all of the gates.  Is there any way to have the municipality pay for the costs associated with this change?
