Dear Defense Lawyers, We all know that PT Cables have been a hot topic over the past few years with Pistorino & Alam, Adkins, Epic and others. While we have all heard the "horror" stories claimed by these firms in mediations and during site inspections, I am trying to put together an analysis of what their sworn testimony on the topic is. In my experience, their claims of catastrophic structure failures do not hold up as well when they are questioned under oath.

To that end, please let me know if you have questioned these experts under oath (deposition, arbitration, or trial) on this issue. I think that we can all benefit from the collective wisdom of the defense bar. Of course, I will share this analysis once completed.

If you are a Plaintiff's lawyer, please disregard...
