Gentlemen,

Attached is a blurb that goes in my 2015-16 edition of the Fla. Construction Law Manual.

I thought that I would send it to all as bathroom reading  to see if you recall all the items discussed.  It is not required reading by any means.  The use of the term "new" in the attached may relate to a recent case, or may relate to new treatment not previously covered in the book.
