Yes; Tom Elliott in Tampa or Ron Wood in Jacksonville. Ron has at least 200 such cases in the Jacksonville area, and they are both well versed on SOL and SOR as MY expert witnesses with the legislature.

Subject: [CLC-Discussion] Need Expert Regarding Time & Cause of Water Intrusion Damage

Can anyone recommend a forensic expert who could examine water intrusion damages (e.g., rotten wood, framing or drywall, etc.) and render an opinion as to when the damages occurred, i.e., for purposes of establishing a “trigger” of insurance coverage date..? Thank You.
