[CLC-Discussion] Need Expert Regarding Time & Cause of Water Intrusion Damage

Can anyone recommend a forensic expert who could examine water intrusion damages (e.g., rotten wood, framing or drywall, etc.) and render an opinion as to when the damages occurred, i.e., for purposes of establishing a “trigger” of insurance coverage date..?   Thank You.
