[CLC-Discussion] Expert referral

All,

I am in need of an expert to review finishes in a high-end residential construction project (single-family) and offer opinions on potential defects and remedial measures.  The primary issues are dry-wall finishes and wood flooring.  The project is at the substantial completion stage and I also need this expert to create a punch-list of items that need to be performed to reach final completion.

Orlando area expert preferred.
