I’ll comment on Mr. Price’s definition and expound on it by offering my grandfather’s definition for handyman repairs: anything that could be fixed with “Elmer’s glue and masking tape”.

Handyman scope of work definition: Something that can be fixed with duct tape. 
 
If it can’t, hire a licensed Florida Contractor.
