[CLC-Discussion] Sample Builder/Developer Subcontract

Does anyone have a recent subcontract prepared specifically for projects where the developer is the same as the general contractor? In my scenario I represent a custom home builder and will be preparing a subcontract that can be used interchangeably for most subcontractors. I have things that are unique to my projects which won't necessarily show in most others, including insurance policy exclusions, etc.. Just looking for a guide to compare my current draft with to ensure that I am not missing something.
