Hello CLC Nation:  It's your favorite construction lawyer in Jacksonville and I need a favor.  I could not locate my ABA Forum on the Construction Industry directory so I am turning to the CLC.  I am looking for a construction law attorney in the Raleigh-Durham area (that's in North Carolina) to handle the preparation and recordation of a claim of lien and a potential action involving delay damages on behalf of a MEP in regards to a multi-family project.
