[CLC-Discussion] Project Manager / Owner's Representative - Recommendations

Good afternoon all.  I have a client who is looking to build a luxury beach front residential structure in Manalapan, Florida.  The client is looking for recommendations for an Owner's Representative / Project Manager who can basically oversee the general contractor, review applications for payment and back up documentation, obtain lien releases necessary for proper payment, etc.  If anyone has working experience with someone meeting this description, who you would recommend to a good client, please send me their contact information.
