[CLC-Discussion] Coatings Expert Needed

Can anyone recommend a coatings expert who can analyze a coatings failure and "white rust" formation on galvanized metal roof decking?  I have previously used KTA Tator out of Pittsburg, PA for this type of matter but I can't use KTA in this instance.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
