[CLC-Discussion] Insurance Reimbursement for 558.004 Pre-suit Cost and Fees

Can anyone point me to a case or statutory construction  on whether an
insurer must reimbursement an insured for pre-suit 558.004 compliance cost ,
legal fees or otherwise, where insurer ultimately took on the duty to defend
once suit was filed and subsequently settled the damage claim?
