Looking for someone who may be interested in undertaking a contract review for an owner in connection with construction of a new mid-rise building.  Contract is between Owner and Architect (AIA).  Project is in Miami-Dade County.  They are looking for a quick (this week) turnaround.  I can't handle because I represent the likely contractor.
