[CLC-Discussion] Article for Submission to ActionLine - **Peer Reviewers Needed**

I have prepared an article that I am going to submit to Action Line for publication, unless the peer reviewers believe the content is sufficient for publication in the Florida Bar Journal. That suggestion is acceptable and will not hurt my feelings.

Also, the peer review comments can come directly to me. I will not be offended by any comments, edits or suggestions.

The title is: THE FIVE MOST TROUBLESOME CONTRACT PROVISIONS FOR CONTRACTORS ON PRIVATE PROJECTS.... I will accept comments on the title too. :)

The article focuses on the five most litigated and troublesome contract provisions for contractors on private construction projects, and how to avoid those problems by pre-project contract negotiation techniques to minimize risk of loss or spread the risk of loss appropriately.

THE deadline for ActionLine submissions is July 31, so I would like a one week turn around on the edits/comments. If it will be submitted to the Florida Bar Journal, I would like a two week turnaround.
