[CLC-Discussion] Possible Class Action

This is not a real property issue, but I have a client has a potential
class action lawsuit against his medical insurance company.

 

Scenario:

Client got pre-approval from his medical insurance to have a surgery.

Client had the surgery.

Medical insurance dropped his coverage.

Medical insurance now refuses to pay the claims relating to the surgery.

 

Any thoughts or referrals to an attorney that may specialize in that
area would be appreciated.

This client is in St Pete.
