Need a referral for an attorney in Bay County to handle defense of an equitable lien claim where Plaintiffs loaned their son and his wife several hundred thousand dollars over the course of several years and now, with a divorce pending, are claiming it was for improvements to the property and have claimed an equitable lien.  I am currently attorney of record but prefer to get local counsel to take over as discovery and motion practice are cranking up.
