[CLC-Discussion] Request for Referral- Special Needs Architect

Hello all

I have a personal friend who is planning on building a home in Palm Coast.  We are in need of an architect who specializes or has good experience in design integration for someone with special needs.  The home is for an elderly couple.  The wife became permanently paralyzed from the waist down and will be in a wheel chair.

Any help will be appreciated.
