[CLC-Discussion] referral for securities/brokerage client

Looking for an attorney/firm that provides general counsel (non-litigation) to the securities/brokerage industry.  Ideal firm/attorney will be a spin-off from a large firm or someone that is semi-retired with experience responding to pre-arbitration claims, demands for arbitration, FINRA claims, etc.   The client essentially needs scalable in-house counsel style service.  Duties would also include management of outside counsel and providing guidance on routine matters to the in-house compliance officer.   It could potentially lead to a full time in-house position, but not immediately.

Any potential leads on someone that might be able to provide this type of service are appreciated.
