Are there any conditions precedent to filing a lawsuit on a Fla Stat 337.18
Surety Bond for a subcontractor with a contract with the prime contractor?

 

The statute states the provisions of Fla. Stat. 225.05 are not applicable to
Fla Stat 337.18 statutory bonds.
