Having trouble finding case law citation for the proposition that the breach
of one contract does not work a breach of a separate contract. Situation
is: the withholding of money on one project due to problems experienced on a
separate project (with separate contracts). Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE NEW ADDRESS BELOW AND PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONTACTS, THANK YOU!

Subject: [CLC-Discussion] Referral for F.A.R. Project

A colleague needs a referral for a potential client on a relatively small
claim involving the construction of the Orlando VA. Only attorneys with
F.A.R. experience will be considered.

Please respond directly to me and I will forward your information to the
referring attorney.
