[CLC-Discussion] Referral needed for federal court wrongful death action in the Middle District of Alabama

I need a referral for a client to an attorney for a wrongful death action,
most likely to be filed in the U.S District Court for the Middle District of
Alabama, on behalf of the deceased's estate, mother, widow and/or minor
children.  The deceased was an active duty enlisted Army soldier stationed
at Ft. Benning, GA, but residing in Phenix City, AL, where his death
occurred.  

 

This is a case which may require the resources of a larger firm and a
seasoned attorney due to the publicity that will likely result from the case
filing and the potential political issues associated with the case.  The
decedent's death was ruled a suicide by both the investigation local law
enforcement agency with jurisdiction and the Army C.I.D. at Ft. Benning
despite substantial physical and circumstantial evidence that the death was
a homicide.  The defendant in the wrongful death action will be a higher
ranking active duty Army officer.  The surviving family members have
substantial supporting documentation obtained as a result of the efforts of
a private investigator, a local attorney who is unable to undertake the
representation due to health and personal reasons, and documents obtained
from the C.I.D. at Ft. Benning.
