For a plaintiff's trip and fall case.  Plaintiff was leaving a stand alone small box store.  There was a 3 foot wide strip of mowed grass with no elevation or curbs between the sidewalk in front of the store and the first row of parking.  There were widely spaced shrubs (8-10 feet apart) planted in the grass.  One had been cut down with an approx 6 inch stump remaining.  Plaintiff tripped and fell face first into a parking block, breaking her nose and requiring 13 stitches from nose to eyebrow.

Expert(s) needed regarding forseeability that patrons would walk across strip of grass during ingress / egress to store and/or negligence of leaving a stump there.  Thank you for reading...
